Held on a biennial basis, the Flagship Church Conference is for individuals connected to military community churches and ministries which are stategically engaged in missional military ministry. The conference is built around interaction and sharing from think tanks and learning communities which begin about a month before the conference gathering. Although many participants participate in a think tank or learning community it is not a requirement in order to attend the conference. The goal is to encourage each participating church and ministry in the development of their missional ministry strategy. Stories and examples of best practices are shared throughout the conference.
The Flagship Church Conference is for pastors and church leaders, denominational and network leaders, chaplains, para-church ministry leaders, and active and retired military.
