On Friday, November 8, 2019, Christian leaders from our city will gather together to share best ideas and practices that will impact the City of Philadelphia. When Christian leaders are more present with each other, God becomes more present with each of us. Our goal is to express unity, build trust and empower the next generation of kingdom leaders. MDP will be a full interactive day where together we come up with working outcomes to bring our city closer with each other and closer with God. Including presenters Dr. Alyn Waller, Reverend Dwight Yoo, Dr. Wilson Goode, Robert Doll and others, worship by E. Daniels, and emceed by Virgy Centeno!
The purpose of Missions Fest Seattle is to glorify God by raising the awareness of mission activity within Christ’s body of believers and by uniting and empowering members of local congregations to work together in obedience to the Great Commission.
Mission isn’t for the chosen few. Jesus calls all of us to live on mission, and if he calls, he will equip. You were created with a unique design to serve the community & world around you. Sometimes we all just need more than a little nudge in the right direction; we need the skills to take action. Made for Mission is just that: an event to give you the tools and training to make a difference.
What does our future hold? How do we react to the changes and challenges of the future? How do we create the future? Join us at the annual Mission Leaders Conference as we wrestle with the rapid pace of change and its fallout. This year’s theme, Future Mission, is a challenging look at the future of missions and the Great Commission.
The One More Conference is designed to include anyone who is interested in learning and networking about church missions ministries. This conference will include presenters from across the nation who are knowledgeable about current and developing trends so that your church leaders and missions committees can learn and grow in ways to engage the congregation in the task to reach locally and globally. Small churches, big churches, and everyone in between can gain from the information shared and relationships created at this one day event that is suitable for professionals or lay volunteers. Topics will include how to do local missions, how to send missionaries, how to increase participation from the congregation, and concepts for forming a general biblical philosophy of missions.
NAAMC exist as a conference to transform attendees into effective advocates in establishing a global missions ministry within their local church. Secondarily, NAAMC promotes initial short-term experiences in missions (through their mission agency partners) that may lead to long-term service if desired. Lastly, we endeavor to equip church influencers and innovators to take action in keeping their churches involved in the Great Commission.
Catalyst Services has developed 10 missions coach-led workshops: 6 workshops walk a church through the FOCUSing process ~ 4 workshops address key areas of implementation. In this training, coaches receive all of the resources to lead churches through these 10 sessions–including detailed leader notes, PowerPoint presentations, and video clips, plus optional learning approaches. Missions Coaches are trained for coaching multiple churches or just their own church.
