WHAT: A two-day summit designed to awaken the church and train believers to love the unreached nations among us, share the gospel with them, make disciples, and even start churches as the unreached come to faith in Jesus. This event is for local churches, denominational leaders, and missions practitioners to learn theory and practice concerning the unreached people groups in North America. The event will include plenary speakers expositing a scriptural perspective on love-of-neighbor and disciple-making with our immigrant neighbors, practical breakout sessions for equipping, and collaborative peer group sessions to network and learn from other attendees.
The mission to reach those who don’t know Jesus is best accomplished on our knees. When you join the International Day for the Unreached as an Advocate, you’ll receive access to a broad variety of resources that will help you share the story — and the plight — of unreached peoples. These exclusive resources include downloadable sermon guides, fact sheets, Facebook and Instagram posts, PLUS you’ll receive prayer-focused emails with stories of encouragement and prayer requests from each of the ministries of the Alliance for the Unreached. In this broadcast, you’ll learn specific ways to pray that Jesus be made known among all people. And you’ll engage with each of the ministries sponsoring the International Day for the Unreached with ways to get involved.

The purpose of Missions Fest Seattle is to glorify God by raising the awareness of mission activity within Christ’s body of believers and by uniting and empowering members of local congregations to work together in obedience to the Great Commission.
The Summit program features strategic ministry leaders and Kingdom investors. All marketplace leaders and ministry/church leaders who want to hear the progress of the Great Commission and vision about how they can be involved are encouraged to attend. DID YOU KNOW…
99.7% of mission activities and funds are directed toward growing the Church where it already exists.
Only 0.3% of mission resources are focused on taking the name of Jesus to places where the Church is NOT…at least, not yet.
DOOR International, Far East Broadcasting Company (FEBC), The Seed Company and TWR (Trans World Radio) bring to 14 the members of the Alliance for the Unreached, which hosts the annual International Day for the Unreached (www.dayfortheunreached.org), to be celebrated for the fourth time on June 9, 2019—Pentecost Sunday.
Between them representing many years of activity, a wide range of groundbreaking missions efforts and a large network of supporters, the alliance members are championing the need for greater emphasis on ministry to the 2 billion people in the world who have heard little or nothing of the good news of Jesus.
By informing people more about the needs of these unreached, the alliance hopes to spur greater support for and involvement in new missions endeavors that will help fulfill Jesus’ Great Commission to “go into all the world.”
Would you like the people in your church to be more intentional about reaching out to immigrants, refugees, and students living in your community? Would you like to learn from other church leaders how they engage their congregation in crossing cultural divides to befriend and share the gospel?
This informal gathering is designed to highlight different ways that churches like yours are training and involving their people in cross-cultural outreach with their neighbors and colleagues. Plan to join us and bring other leaders from your church with you!
